• We will wear disposable gloves and a mask at all our bookings. 
• We ask that nobody is in the same room that we set up in to ensure social distancing at all times. 
• Inbetween bookings all our equipment including the frames will be sanitised and left for 72hrs in accordance with government guidelines. 
• All bedding is washed at 60 degrees as standard.
• If anyone is showing symptoms at the property please ensure you let us know and we can carry your deposit over to an alternative date, we will also do the same if at any point we show any symptoms. Unfortunately the deposit is a non refundable deposit. 
• For our full risk assessment please email us and we will happily supply this before your booking. 

Each teepee measures 2m Length x 1m Width, please make sure you have measured before hand and cleared the space ready for set up. 

We set up everything for you to a high standard. It really depends how many Teepees you book but as an estimate allow around 15mins per teepee. Example 4 normally takes around an hour. 

We will try to work round you as best we can but this will depend on the location of all our bookings that day. We will be intouch normally the tuesday/Wednesday before your booking when we do our schedule. If you do have any special requirements like work round party times , or planning as a surprise please let us know. 

You don't require any kid of covering if on carpet. If you have laminate, hard flooring or tiles please let us know in advance. 

Our beds are full singles and therefore big enough for all children and even small adults. We also have a variety of themes to suit all ages. 

We ask that all pets are kept away from the teepee's at all times throughout the hire. 

Our deposits are non refundable but where possible we will work with you to try and rebook your sleepover.

All items including cups need to be returned as they are part of the set ups. 

Most people choose to have there sleepovers downstairs but we can also do them in bedrooms as long as there is reasonable access and space available. For loft rooms or flats we may charge extra so please do let us know at time of booking. 

Our Domes are 3.6m Diameter so will fit in any flat area that measures 3.6m x 3.6m.

Our Igloo Domes are not pegged down they are stand alone in the summer, in the winter it has a handy anchor system which uses sand bags around the perimeter to keep it in place so can be used on grass, artificial grass, patio and decking.

Our Igloo Domes are suitable all year round. They are fully waterproof. The only time we may need to rearrange your booking is in a storm or high winds. It can even be used in light snow.

Unfortunately not, the standard set up is 3 night hire Thursday - Sunday. 

This is because of 2 main reasons. 

1. A lot of work goes into the Igloo Domes so it would just not be feesable having them for 1 night.
2. We are extremely busy on Friday and Saturdays with Teepees and just couldn't give the Igloo Domes the time needed to make them look fabulous for you.

We will need roughly 2hrs to set up for you on a Thursday and 1hr to take down on a Sunday.
